This whole "not being able to fall asleep at night" thing is starting to get quite annoying.
I've decided to turn over a new leaf on getting healthy....I'm going to start going for walks and jogs more often. My goal is 50lbs in 5 months! So, by valentine's day I'll be 200lbs and back into a size 16.
I've already got a head start on the appetite control. I'm eating healthier, more fruits and veggies, less bread and red meat. Let's see what happens.
I better go do some homework...gh!
